But after I saw such fabulous results in two of my best friends, I decided to go to their dentist: Dr. Buzza. After all, I didn't want Santa Rosa to be the only one in the group photo with yellow, crooked teeth. He let me decide what I wanted to do. Worked around my schedule. And let me create a payment schedule. Although I was out-of-plan, his office did all the insurance billing and follow-up for me. My first payment wasn't due until I had already received an insurance reimbursement. The bright smile Dr. Buzza and his team put on my face is the best value I have ever received!

The prospect of seeing a dentist was, to me, scarier than going through labor again - and I had two bad labors. Dr. "Buzz-saw" - that's what our kids call him - sedated me to blissful sleep. Never felt a thing. I even woke up feeling good. I wonder if Dr. Buzza has ever thought of becoming an obstetrician?

I needed three teeth worked on in one visit. Not only did they turn on the chair massager, they gave me a soft, cozy blanket to keep me warm and toasty. Dr. Buzza always puts my needs first, even if it means stopping in the middle of my procedure to give me some time to relax. He's the best!

My name is Caroline Chase, and I am a new patient of Dr. Buzza?s. I am excited about my first experience in his office. From the moment I entered the office, my senses were stimulated by what I experienced. I entered a space that was truly beautiful, filled with modern furniture, lovely photos on the walls, and comfortable chairs for the patients and staff. Someone had taken the time to design the space in an aesthetic and pleasing way. I was ecstatic to find myself in such a beautiful and cared for environment. I drew everything in with my eyes, and felt like I was in the center of dental heaven! Added to this wonderful picture, were all the lovely staff of women who greeted and welcomed me, putting me at ease. I got the feeling that I was being taken care of, and I didn?t have to worry in the least. I could clearly see that everyone working was functioning as a whole team, and each person was contributing and helping. I sensed a nice flow throughout the office. I could also see that the staff were happily working, and gave off a happy and positive feeling. This in turn made me happy. After being in many dental offices, I know the difference it makes to have a happy staff. Along with this, I observed that in the morning, everyone arrived bright and early, and a friend who recommended me told me that the staff had a meeting with a ceremony that included a positive affirmation for the day. Dr. Buzza, Mel, and Karen took care of my teeth, and gave me the attention and listening that I love. I also was greatly impressed with the high technology that started from filling out the online form, to the digital X-ray machine, and to Karen the hygienist using speech technology, and speaking aloud into a microphone to the computer to record the numbers of my pockets. It was like a scene from the future! I could see that for coming to the dentist and taking care of my teeth, I could receive some goodies and refreshment in return. It felt like the Tooth Fairy had dropped by. There was tea, water, snack bars, pens, etc. I was simply delighted, and enjoyed taking everything in. I wish that every medical office could be this pleasant and high quality. What a different place the world would be. Perhaps the best part for me was that I felt in my whole visit, that I was cared for, appreciated, and loved. This was important to me, because I had recently left my old dental office and dentist due to some changes, and was experiencing some withdrawal sadness. This experience helped me more to transition over to my new dental office with Dr. Buzza! Well, I realize I may sound nuts in my testimony. You are right. I can?t help but be crazy and really appreciate this experience from the standpoint of a patient. Each patient deserves to be treated with great respect and value. As I feel respected and appreciated as a customer, I will be returning again. I look forward already to the next visit. I heartily recommend Dr. Buzza?s dental care to everyone! Everyone on Dr. Buzza's staff is incredibly nice, well-trained, and efficient. They have the latest equipment and a pristine environment. That equipment didn't work quite perfectly the last time I was there, but they bend over backwards to resolve it. They make sure that all procedures are scheduled and done, but sometimes don't explain why they're necessary or make sure that your insurance will cover it...so be sure to ask!
