But after I saw such fabulous results in two of my best friends, I decided to go to their dentist: Dr. Buzza. After all, I didn't want Santa Rosa to be the only one in the group photo with yellow, crooked teeth. He let me decide what I wanted to do. Worked around my schedule. And let me create a payment schedule. Although I was out-of-plan, his office did all the insurance billing and follow-up for me. My first payment wasn't due until I had already received an insurance reimbursement. The bright smile Dr. Buzza and his team put on my face is the best value I have ever received!

Dr. Buzza gave me an alternative: to get it done in one sitting - while sedated. The first thing I remembered was the team feeding me yogurt when we were halfway done; and I went right back to sleep. That night, I went out with my wife. It was so easy. And he made it easy to afford, giving me 12 monthly payments at 0%. Now, that's painless dentistry! The prospect of seeing a dentist was, to me, scarier than going through labor again - and I had two bad labors. Dr. "Buzz-saw" - that's what our kids call him - sedated me to blissful sleep. Never felt a thing. I even woke up feeling good. I wonder if Dr. Buzza has ever thought of becoming an obstetrician?

Renee did a great job in maintaining my middle aged teeth. She was helpful in educating me in better brushing/flossing techniques to improve areas where I was only satisfactory. The front office staff helped accomodate my chaotic schedule by notifying me of cancellations.

John Buzza and his staff were friendly and professional, as always. My cleaning was a scheduled appointment. They were accomodating to fit me in at the same time for a filling. My husband has been having his dental work done by John Buzza for 24 years now. I've been going there for about 16 years. My children have all their dental work done here also. John Buzza does the most excellent dental work in Sonoma County.
I had an issue with my tooth and left a message which was promptly returned by the receptionist! My condition was discussed with Dr. Buzza and I got in the same day!! I always have an awesome experience and feel very cared about and cared for at Dr. Buzza's office. Thank you all, Margie Cassero

As I told Dr. John yesterday, Karen is simply the BEST at what she does! A perfect blend of brilliant tech and lovely human being. I have been a Buzza client for about 13 years, shortly after we moved to SoCo. I've made a number of referrals over the years because I want my friends and family to have a 5 Star Dental Experience!

Had to have an emergency tooth extraction today. Was really scared until Linda talked me through step by step and stayed right by my side during the entire procedure. Dr. Buzza was amazingly fast and the whole thing was really easy. Recovering now, and all is well. I can't thank them enough. Everyone including all the staff were wonderful!
My experience yesterday was really good. I really like Carolyn as my hygienist, and I really appreciate the other girls in the office for taking the time to answer my questions. Another great experience.

As I have told Dr. Buzza many times, "my teeth are not my strong suit". I first met and received care from Dr.Buzza around 22 years ago. I have seen him and his staff many times over the last 22 years, and to use an old school term, they blow me away! My experience of getting dentures
I have always hated going to a dentist. I have never had a pleasant experience. I can truthfully say that with Dr. Buzza it was a very pleasant experience. I felt completely at ease from the very first time I entered the office. The staff is absolutely the greatest, so warm and friendly. I now have the best looking teeth in Santa Rosa. Couldn't ask for a better smile. I will gladly tell all my family and friends that this is the only dentist that they should ever let take care of their teeth. Thanks John Buzza, you rock.
No longer fear going to the dentist!
I was "terrified" at the thought of having periodontal work, however in the very capable,expert hands of Renee, I experienced no pain or anxiety at any time. I now don't need sedation of any kind and know I am on the way to healthier gums and teeth. The other office staff are also extremely helpful and effective in their roles and of course Dr. Buzza himself. Thanks to you All!
my first visit to Dr Buzza office
I have to say everyone made me feel welcome. It can be a challenge to find a new dentist (mine retired) I don't like going to the dentist, but know it is very necessary for teeth and general health. Front desk staff very pleasant The person taking X-rays very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Melanie? Meeting the dentist going over my x-rays very comforting (again don't going to the dentist) And finally going over how billing works, always a good thing to know All in all a good experience
I am a patient that has anxiety, took a pill to relieve that..Karen was very kind and understanding and made me feel at ease. I can't wait to go back in 4 months!!!
