    Had to have an emergency tooth extraction today. Was really scared until Linda talked me through step by step and stayed right by my side during the entire procedure.     I have always hated going to a dentist. I have never had a pleasant experience. I can truthfully say that with Dr. Buzza it was a very pleasant experience.     I have to say everyone made me feel welcome. It can be a challenge to find a new dentist (mine retired) I don't like going to the dentist, but know it is very necessary for teeth and general health. Front desk staff very pleasant The person taking X-rays very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Melanie? Meeting the dentist going over my x-rays very comforting (again don't going to the dentist) And finally going over how billing works, always a good thing to know All in all a good experience

    The team at Buzza's Dentist office paid close attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Quite frankly, considering the warm and friendly personnel that work for the Dr. ( Including the Dr of course ), I don't think a patient would really need sedation. Yes, sedation helps those who have fears but you really feal relaxed and stress free there. And, I love the hits from the 80's :)
